EMRONIQ ("EMRONIQ," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology consultancy providing Microsoft 365, Azure, business IT, and related services to small and midsize businesses. This policy covers the website at emroniq.com. It does not cover information handled under a separate signed service agreement with an active client, which is governed by that agreement.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, and limited information collected automatically.

• Information you provide: When you use the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the message you write, your stated urgency, your preferred contact method, and (if selected) which pricing plan you're interested in.
• Information collected automatically: We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site — this includes anonymized session behavior (clicks, scrolling, page navigation), device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. Clarity uses cookies to do this.

3. How we use this information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
• To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.
• To maintain records of prospective and past client communications.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of third-party services to operate, each of which processes data on our behalf:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our email. See Formspree's own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
• Microsoft Clarity — provides anonymized website analytics, as described above.
• Microsoft Azure — hosts this website.
• Microsoft 365 — hosts our business email, which receives contact form submissions.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies associated with Microsoft Clarity for analytics purposes. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal or tax obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see Section 7.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@emroniq.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, including relying on Microsoft's security infrastructure for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
